Recalcitrant : అవిధేయత

Meaning: having an obstinately uncooperative attitude towards authority or discipline.

Synonyms : uncooperative, intractable, unmangeable

obstinate : పట్టు వదలని

Meaning: stubbornly refusing to change one's opinion or chosen course of action, despite attempts to persuade one to do so.

Put off : వాయిదా వేయుట

Meaning:  to postpone doing something; to do something at a later date

Synonyms : defer, delay, procrastinate, postpone



Example:

My friends boss has put off the meeting until tomorrow.

Talking about homework: “I always put it off until the last minute.”
